PAWTUCKET â A 13-year-old boy is accused of burning a two-year-old relative with a cigarette lighter while he and an adult couple were babysitting the little boy in a house on Bloomfield Street, Pawtucket Police said.
According to Major Arthur Martins, the victim had burn marks all over his neck, arm, back and groin. The boy's mother and the state Department of Children, Youth and Families reported the injuries to Pawtucket Police on July 30.

LAKE WORTH, FL - Roland L. Grenier Jr., 58, formerly of Falls River, KS died September 29, 2010 and was laid to rest in Lake Worth.
Born in Central Falls he was the son of the late Roland L. and Dora (Veins) Grenier Sr.
He leaves his children, Rebecca Grenier Kostacopoulas of Thompson, CT; Joseph Grenier of South Attleboro; Jennifer Grenier Taylor of Fredonia, KS; Jill Grenier of Cumberland and Jaclyn Grenier Letson of Mustang, OK.
DELTONA, FL - Roland L. Grenier Sr., 84, of Deltona and formally of Cumberland, RI lost his battle with lung cancer on Wednesday, August 1st home. He was the beloved husband of the late Dora (Viens) Grenier. They were married for 42 years.
Born in Pawtucket he was the son of the late Napoleon and Delina (Lamontagne) Grenier.
He leaves three children Elaine Pytka of Cumberland, RI; Debra A. Grenier-Anderson of Wichita, KS and Richard M. Grenier of Deltona, FL and a sister Doris Breault of Pawtucket, RI.
CENTRAL FALLS - Daniel Carreiro Furtado, 82 of Central Falls, died Monday, at Summit Commons Nursing Home in Providence, surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Noemia (Carreiro) Furtado.
Born in Pedreira, Nordeste, Sao Miguel, Azores, he was the son of the late Antonio Carreiro and Maria do Carmo (Mota) Furtado. Daniel came to the United States in 1967.
NORTH PROVIDENCE: Raymond A. Lague, 81, passed away on August 6th. He was the loving husband of Claire (Guindon) Lague. They have been married for 62 years.
Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Arthur and Eliane (Brousseau) Lague.
Raymond graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in 1949. He played professional baseball with the Boston Braves and Pittsburg Pirates AA Farm System.
PAWTUCKET - George "Dad" H. Hands, III, 56, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 7, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Christine T. (Lussier) Hands for 30 years.
CUMBERLAND - Thomas F. Almeida Sr., 65, of Duchess Rd. passed away Monday at home surrounded by family. He was the beloved husband of Suzanne (Baillargeon) Almeida.
Born in Pawtucket he was the son of Constance M. ( Mc Pherson) Almeida of Cumberland and the late Wenceslau S. Almeida Jr. He was a life long Cumberland resident.
Mr. Almeida was a partner in the law firm of Capineri & Almeida, Pawtucket for over 20 years until his retirement in 2008. He was also the Solicitor for the Town of Cumberland for 14 years under the Stetkiewicz and Gaschen administrations.
