Itâ€™s hard to believe Kyllie Magill, the former St. Raphael Academy All-State softball catcher, is now in her final semester at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
It seems like only yesterday she had been drilling doubles and blocking the plate for the Saints, who always were in contention to win the Division I state title.
Pearl R. Dugas
PAWTUCKET- Pearl "Auntie Pearl" R. (Horton) Dugas, 88, formerly of Carter Ave., passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late Edmund E. Dugas.
A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Herbert E. and Ruth M. (Newbury) Horton.
Leonard J. Clarke
PAWTUCKET- Clarke, Leonard J., 73, of Courtney Avenue, Pawtucket, passed away on Tuesday, March 27 2012. He was the husband of Claire A. (Domanski) Clarke.
Leonard was born in Warwick, the son of John M. and Marion I. (Allen) Clarke. He was employed as a zoo keeper for the City of Pawtucket for 40 years.
Besides his wife, Leonard leaves a daughter Tracy Gustafson of Seekonk, MA, two sisters, Linda Fusaro and M. Arlene Haddock, two nieces and two nephews.
Judith A. Gordon
LINCOLN- Judith A. Gordon, 69, of Lincoln, died Saturday. She was the wife of John A. Gordon.
Born in Hartford, CT, she was a daughter of the late Audrey (D' Angelo) Shaw.
Mrs. Gordon was a self employed housekeeper. She previously worked for the Maid Brigade.
She is also survived by her daughter Jaime Perry (Greg) of Harrisville, sisters Pamela Dubois of Bristol, CT; Norma Meiselman of Bristol, CT; Carol Mitchell of Meriden, CT and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Robert Shaw and Joan Wood.
